Refund & return Policy

Effective Date: October 19, 2025

This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains when Trilogy MBS, LLC (“Trilogy Mind Body Soul,” “TMBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds or accept returns for purchases made directly from us through our website, telehealth platform, or authorized channels.
This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions applies to all customers and patients of TMBS.

  1. Prescription Medications

Returns:
Federal law prohibits the return or resale of prescription medications once they have been dispensed. Therefore, no prescription medications can be returned or reused.

Refunds:
Because medications are custom-compounded or prescribed for individual patients, all medication sales are final and non-refundable once the prescription has been processed by the pharmacy.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact Admin@trilogymindbodysoul.com within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Include:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number
  • Photos of packaging and product (if applicable)
  • Police Report or carrier claim number (if requested)

Each report will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, TMBS may issue a credit or replacement shipment to your original payment method.

  1. Scales and Medical Devices

Returns:
For safety and hygiene reasons, scales, injectors, and other medical devices are non-returnable once delivered.

Refunds:
All device sales are final and non-refundable, unless TMBS determines the item was defective on arrival.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Devices:
Report within 48 hours of delivery to Admin@trilogymindbodysoul.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number
  • Photos of damage (if applicable)

If the product defect or carrier loss is verified, TMBS will issue a replacement or credit to the original form of payment.

  1. Non-Prescription Supplements

Eligible Items:
Unopened, sealed, non-prescription dietary supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals (“Supplements”) purchased directly from TMBS may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns requested after 30 days or for opened products will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for proper storage until returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email Admin@trilogymindbodysoul.com (do not include medical details or PHI).
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. TMBS will issue return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.
  4. Carefully pack the product to prevent damage.

Refunds or Replacements:
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item. If approved, a credit will be applied to the original payment method.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund was approved but has not appeared:

  1. Check your bank or credit-card account.
  2. Contact your credit-card company (posting may take several business days).
  3. Contact your bank (some institutions delay refunds).
    If you still have not received your refund, email Admin@trilogymindbodysoul.com.
  1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

All recurring TMBS subscriptions (including GLP-1 Care Plans and Wellness Injectables) renew monthly unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing Admin@trilogymindbodysoul.com.
  • Once a medication order has been submitted to the pharmacy, the month’s charge cannot be reversed.
  • Refunds are not issued for late cancellations, unused medications, or partially completed months.
  1. No Medical Guarantees

Weight-management outcomes vary. TMBS does not guarantee specific results, and refunds are not provided for lack of perceived efficacy.

  1. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

TMBS reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests suspected of fraud, abuse, or excessive claims inconsistent with prior order history.
